Four Boutique Condos in an 1882 Park Slope Building at 82 Sterling Place
Welcome to 82 Sterling Place, a boutique four-residence condominium inside a restored 1882 building in the North Slope pocket of Park Slope, right where the neighborhood blends into Prospect Heights and Boerum Hill. It is also the most recently filed of the new Park Slope conversions I am tracking.
Where Things Stand
Here is where things stand: 82 Sterling Place's offering plan was submitted to the New York State Attorney General on April 9, 2026, and it is currently awaiting acceptance. That means no units are for sale yet, there is no public pricing, and reservations cannot be taken. From here it typically takes about 6 to 12 months for the Attorney General to review and accept a plan. Because this plan is so fresh with filing, this is about as early as it gets. Note: legal filings with the attorney general are a parallel path to construction and do not always align.
The Numbers So Far
The building holds four residences, a mix of two and three-bedroom homes, inside roughly 4,800 square feet across four floors. A garden is part of the plan. Individual pricing will be released once the Attorney General accepts the plan.
