Two Grand Condos on Historic Willow Street at 29 Willow Street
Welcome to 29 Willow Street, a two-residence condominium inside an 1887 building on one of the most photographed and best-preserved blocks in Brooklyn Heights. With only two homes inside roughly 8,500 square feet, these are grand, spacious residences in a true landmark setting.
This project is being built by one of the most highly regarded design and build firms in the area right now- ECKSTRØM NYC Some of their other projects include 487 Henry Street, listed for $14.25M as of May 2026, and 170 Clinton Street, which sold for $14M in Feb 2026.
Where Things Stand
Here is where things stand: 29 Willow Street's offering plan was submitted to the New York State Attorney General on October 27, 2025, and it is currently awaiting acceptance. That means no units are for sale yet, there is no public pricing, and reservations cannot be taken. From here it typically takes about 6 to 12 months for the Attorney General to review and accept a plan. If this one is on your radar, now is the time to start the conversation, well before it is marketed anywhere publicly.
The Numbers So Far
The plan calls for just two residences, inside roughly 8,500 square feet across five floors- likely two very grand residences. At that square footage, expect expansive, multi-floor layouts with room to spare. Individual pricing will be released once the Attorney General accepts the plan.

A Boutique Condo Experience
29 Willow Street is a conversion of an 1887 building on a storied block, restoring the historic character while updating the systems and layouts. The lower unit will likely have garden access, and the upper unit will have a rooftop. As mentioned above, with this design & build firm, this project will have the most high-end finishes and a contemporary modern design appropriate for the neighborhood.
The Heart of Brooklyn Heights
Brooklyn Heights was New York City's first designated historic district, and it remains one of the most beautiful and best-preserved neighborhoods in the city. Tree-lined streets of brownstones and Greek Revival townhouses, the Promenade with its harbor views, Brooklyn Bridge Park down the hill, and the shops along Montague Street all make it a perennial favorite. 29 Willow Street sits on one of the Heights' most beautiful blocks, near the Promenade and Brooklyn Bridge Park.
The A and C at High Street are about a 4-minute walk.
The 2 and 3 at Clark Street are about 4 minutes.
District 13 zoned elementary is P.S. 008 Robert Fulton.
Walkable to the Promenade, Brooklyn Bridge Park, and the Montague Street shops and restaurants.
Designed for Modern Brooklyn Living
Two grand homes inside an 1887 building on Willow Street, steps from the Promenade and Brooklyn Bridge Park, is about as special as a Brooklyn Heights offering gets. For a buyer who wants scale, history, and a landmark address in one brand-new package, 29 Willow Street is worth knowing about early.
