Brooklyn Heights New Developments 2026: New Condos Before They Hit the Market

NEW DEVELOPMENTS · BROOKLYN HEIGHTS

Last updated: November 4, 2026

As of November 2026, I'm tracking 6 new development buildings in Brooklyn Heights that aren't selling yet, with about 119 condos between them. Three have offering plans accepted by the New York Attorney General, so their pricing is public, and three have plans filed and under review. None of them are on the market yet.

New construction is rare in a landmarked neighborhood like Brooklyn Heights, so most of these are conversions of historic buildings. I keep this page current as each one moves forward, and every building below links to my full write-up: what's planned, what the filings show, and what I know about timing.

  • Closest to selling: 3 buildings with accepted offering plans

Which Brooklyn Heights condos have accepted offering plans?

These buildings have offering plans accepted by the New York Attorney General, so pricing is public and the developer can start taking contracts. They're the closest to hitting the market.

Which Brooklyn Heights condos have filed offering plans?

These buildings have filed a condo offering plan with the New York Attorney General, but the plan hasn't been accepted yet. That means no public pricing, no listings and no contracts yet, which is exactly why getting on the list early matters.

How the new development stages work

  • Permits filed: the developer has filed plans with the Department of Buildings. There's no offering plan yet, so there's nothing to buy and the project can still change.

  • Offering plan filed: the developer has submitted a condo offering plan to the New York Attorney General for review. Units can't be sold until the plan is accepted, so there's no official pricing yet.

  • Offering plan accepted: the Attorney General has accepted the plan, the price list is public, and the developer can start taking contracts.

  • Now selling: units are on the market.
