I track every new development filing across the borough- many of them still months away from pricing or public listings- and keep this page current so you can find them first, organized by where each building stands.
👀 Pre-Filing: Before the Offering Plan
The earliest stage I track. No offering plan has been filed with the Attorney General for these yet, so I find them in deeds, construction loans, and Department of Buildings permits, often a year or more before anything reaches the market. Nothing here is for sale, and not every one of these will end up a condo. This is where I start watching.
