Park Slope New Developments 2026: New Condos Before They Hit the Market

NEW DEVELOPMENTS · PARK SLOPE

Last updated: November 4, 2026

As of November 2026, I'm tracking 12 new development buildings in Park Slope that aren't selling yet, with about 113 new homes between them. Ten have condo offering plans filed with the New York Attorney General, and two are at the earliest stage, with building permits filed. Four more Park Slope buildings are selling now.

Most of these buildings never get much attention before they list, so I keep this page current as each one moves forward. Every building below links to my full write-up: what's planned, what the filings show, and what I know about timing.

Park Slope new developments at a glance

  • 12 pre-market buildings with about 113 homes planned

  • Largest projects: 240 19th Street (37 condos) and 150 Prospect Park West (30 condos)

  • Mostly boutique: 9 of the 12 have six homes or fewer

  • Selling now: 4 buildings

Which Park Slope condos have filed offering plans?

These buildings have filed a condo offering plan with the New York Attorney General, but the plan hasn't been accepted yet. That means no public pricing, no listings and no contracts yet, which is exactly why getting on the list early matters.

Which Park Slope buildings are still in the planning stage?

These buildings have permits filed with the Department of Buildings but no condo offering plan yet. It's the earliest point I track, often a year or more before anything reaches the market, and not every one will end up as condos.

Which Park Slope new developments are selling now?

These buildings have accepted offering plans and are on the market. Some have only a unit or two left.

How the new development stages work

  • Permits filed: the developer has filed plans with the Department of Buildings. There's no offering plan yet, so there's nothing to buy and the project can still change.

  • Offering plan filed: the developer has submitted a condo offering plan to the New York Attorney General for review. Units can't be sold until the plan is accepted, so there's no official pricing yet.

  • Offering plan accepted: the Attorney General has accepted the plan, the price list is public, and the developer can start taking contracts.

  • Now selling: units are on the market.
